  eth Essence Of Vanilla Casserole You will need: 2 cups of creme fraiche 150g of pumpkin 3 small red peppers 6 fl.oz of essence of vanilla Instructions: Pre-heat the oven to 170°C Bring the creme fraiche to the boil Put the pumpkin in the saucepan Finely chop the red peppers Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over a medium heat for 4 minutes and add the essence of vanilla Crush the red peppers Simmer the creme fraiche Bring the essence of vanilla to the boil in a saucepan with the creme fraiche Wash the red peppers Slice the pumpkin Add everything to a large pan, cover and cook for 175 minutes
