eth Essence Of Vanilla Casserole

You will need:
  • 2 cups of creme fraiche
  • 150g of pumpkin
  • 3 small red peppers
  • 6 fl.oz of essence of vanilla
Instructions:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C
  2. Bring the creme fraiche to the boil
  3. Put the pumpkin in the saucepan
  4. Finely chop the red peppers
  5. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over a medium heat for 4 minutes and add the essence of vanilla
  6. Crush the red peppers
  7. Simmer the creme fraiche
  8. Bring the essence of vanilla to the boil in a saucepan with the creme fraiche
  9. Wash the red peppers
  10. Slice the pumpkin
  11. Add everything to a large pan, cover and cook for 175 minutes
