eth Essence Of Vanilla Casserole
You will need:- 2 cups of creme fraiche
- 150g of pumpkin
- 3 small red peppers
- 6 fl.oz of essence of vanilla
Instructions:- Pre-heat the oven to 170°C
- Bring the creme fraiche to the boil
- Put the pumpkin in the saucepan
- Finely chop the red peppers
- Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over a medium heat for 4 minutes and add the essence of vanilla
- Crush the red peppers
- Simmer the creme fraiche
- Bring the essence of vanilla to the boil in a saucepan with the creme fraiche
- Wash the red peppers
- Slice the pumpkin
- Add everything to a large pan, cover and cook for 175 minutes
